SaiKris Consultancy Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2002 after the directors saw a need for the Small & Medium Enterprises to prepare a comprehensive credit application to the Banks. SaiKris was set up by a group of ex-bankers who specialized in the writing credit memo’s. Thus, SaiKris now prepares credit memo’s for the SME’s which satisfies any Financial Institution’s requirement.
SaiKris has for the past 8 years prepared & successfully procured banking facilities for various types of SME’s in many industries. SaiKris has also been engaged by companies in Thailand, Indonesia, India, Sri Langka & Vietnam. NASH MANIAM – Managing Partner Holds a LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London. He has served in Maybank in the Commercial Credit Department for 5 years before joining a KLSE listed company as the Group Corporate & Legal Advisor.
Subsequently, he joined a legal firm M/S Dennis, Nik & Wong before embarking on establishing the Sai Kris Group. He has extensive experience in doing advisory work for public listed companies, SME’s across the country and abroad such as Thailand, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka and China. Nash has worked with companies in a wide variety of industry verticals, including Agricultural, Housing Development, Tourism, Telecommunication, Biotechnologies, Veneer, Plywood & Timber and many more.
He has strong business acumen with the ability to plan and execute a wide range of strategies to further market presence with a proven skill in sustaining profitability and cost-effectiveness of business operations.
In his career spanning over 17 years in banking, legal and business field and his association with the reputed organizations provided him strong abilities in controlling a large marketing structure for the company and has eventually contributed to the growth and further enhancement of the company and acquired an expertise in our ambit of operations of corporate advisory services. |

UMA - Senior Account Manager (Banking) Uma earned a Bachelor of Economics in Business Administration from University Malaya. She has had a short stint in lecturing upon graduating covering areas in Behavioral Science, Economics & Management Skills in her early career.
After 2 years in the teaching industry, she decided to pursue a career in banking. Uma has over 13 years of experience in banking as a credit analyst for Hong Leong and SIME bank. She managed almost every aspects of financing including analyzing and interpreting financial, risk assessment and research on potential borrowers mainly MNCs and SMEs before putting forward her recommendation on the credit worthiness.
Under her guidance, she always strive to update the Company policies and researches on a regular basis and offer services that are extremely beneficial to our clients and her sound grip on the market requirements and the client aspirations have helped us in incorporating perfection in our jobs and hence deliver reliability and perfection.
Owing to her industry experience, Uma adds great strength to Sai Kris. Further, allowed us to make ourselves associated with some of the trusted names of the industry and collaborate with companies across Malaysia and abroad. |

RAJA KAMARUL ARIFFIN BIN RAJA MOHD AFFANDI – Business Development Manager Raja Kamarul graduated with a MSc (Management Information System) BSc (Marketing) from Northern IIIinois University, USA. He has over 15 years of experience in Business Development such as strategy, operations, marketing and sales.
After graduating, in 1995, Kamarul joins Bennet and Associates, Inc as a Consultant providing advice and consultation to expatriates of US firms moving to Malaysia. He came back to Malaysia in 1997 and joined Mesiniaga Berhad as an Account Manager/Project Manager that involves business development, overseeing the customer management, account management among others.
2 years later in 1999, he joined AIH Group Malaysia Sdn Bhd and earned himself a fine reputation of being the Vice President. His scope of responsibilities includes Resource Management, Organization Restructuring, Project Management and Business Development. |

ROMAN KUZNIK – Associate Consultant Roman holds a diploma in Engineering from TH Aachen, Germany. Upon graduating, for over 15 years, he has served Chemische Fabrik Budenheim (a reputable pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company in German). He holds a position as a Director of Production and Engineering and he is responsible for management of the production, engineering and maintenance department.
Later in 2004, he joined Remae Blanche a Consultancy Company based in Luxembourg, with representations in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Johannesburg and Caracas as a CTO.
He is a very experienced and knowledgeable person with wide area of expertise ranging from Project Development, Project Implementation, Private Equity Investment and Due Diligence (Financing & Engineering). |

ZAKWAN YUNUS – Senior Account Manager (Processing) Zakwan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies Administration majoring in Islamic Banking UITM, Malaysia. Upon graduating in 2007 and due to his unrelenting interest in the banking field, he joined Sai Kris as an Account Manager in the Processing Department. He has worked closely with the Financial Institution, Large Firms and other Government Linked agencies to get the Info Memo as up-to-date as possible. After his several years of experience with the Company, he is currently spearheading the entire processing team of the company and he is responsible for the day to day running of the department.
He will always ensures that the Financial Information Memorandum is prepared and fine tuned according to the need of market performance of client industry and collectively analyze the needs of the clients and give a sound financial module in that respect while also making sure that the cash flow, mitigating risk and the proposing needs are all in line with the banking standard and requirements.
His strength in listening and understanding the client’s needs has always helped him to keep himself abreast and the team with the appropriate and up-to-date knowledge of the related field and this has always helped the Company to deliver reliable and cost effective services.

VIVEK SASHEENDRAN – Senior Account Manager (Business Development) He holds a LLB (Hons) from Northumbria University (Newcastle Upon Tyne, England) in 2007. In his earlier career, he has worked with Wealthy Traders Sdn Bhd as a Legal Advisor/Business Development Manager. He involves in maintaining and developing existing international business market, partner relationship and identifies the new markets for potential development opportunities. Besides that, he will also ensure the contracts were safe and legally binding to protect the company’s best interest.
Later in 2008, he has decided to embark and due to his personal interest in the Financial Industry, he joined Sai Kris. With the aim for continual improvement in customer satisfaction level, he strives to execute the job in accordance to the standards desired by the clients and the Financial Institutions within the scheduled time.
His experience working for wide range of corporate clients, has eventually helped him to manage and co-ordinate some of the marketing and advertising activities as well as implement marketing plans for the Company. Owing to all this, he is able to analyze the current market conditions to create the right image within the business. |
